About the Chef
Our fiery owner/chef Joyce, is an honors graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. A native of Brazil, Joyce is obsessed with using only the highest quality, locally grown and harvested ingredients. Whenever possible, ingredients from the Mansfield area farm markets are used. Joyce's menu changes periodically as new items come in season. We guarantee you've never had pizza quite like this...
